UPPER MOUNT BETHEL RECREATION

DISCIPLINE PLAN

It is our hope to run a recreation program that is safe as well as fun.  Please read the following plan.  This plan must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned with the registration form. No child will be allowed to enter the program unless this form is signed by a parent/guardian.

·        No aggressive behavior including inappropriate language, force, or defiance to any of the counselors and or directors.

·        No use of inappropriate language toward anyone.

·        No touching another camper in a way that is aggressive or inappropriate.

·        Students must participate in the activity that the counselors direct or they must sit on the side observing.  They will not be allowed to find another game to play unless it is cleared with the senior counselor of the group.

If any of these behaviors occur,a verbal warning will be given and the incident reported to the director.

If a second occurrence takes place a call will be made to the parent/guardian.

If a third occurrence takes place the child will not be allowed back into the program.

I have read the Discipline Plan above and I will discuss it with my child.
