2012 Bus Trip Schedule!
2012 Philadelphia Flower Show, Philadelphia March 10, 2012
From towering waterfalls and waves of orchids, the 2012 flower show will immerse you in the spirit that is Hawaii! We’ll leave the township building at 10:00am and
spend the afternoon at the flower show. Afterwards we’ll have a big family style dinner (meal included) at Ole Country Buffet then return home by 7:00pm.
Adults 48.00 (cost of meal included)
Children 28.00 (ages 2-12) (cost of meal included)
Payment is due by February 24th, 2012 (act quickly bus fills up fast!)
Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom June 17, 2012
“Dorney Park thrills with over 100 rides with a world class collection of roller coasters- featuring the stinger new this year. We will depart the township building at
10:30am and return at 7:30pm. Meals will not be provided; however, light refreshments will be available on the bus for a nominal fee.

Jonah! Sight & Sound Theatre Ronks, Pa November 10, 2012
From the enormous whale swimming over your head to the thunderous effects of the powerful storm, and a mighty 30-foot tall ship breaks apart right before your eyes! The
story of Jonah will astound and captivate the young and young at heart alike. We’ll leave the township building at 9:45am and proceed to the Sight and Sound Theatre. Afterwards we
will head over to the Plain and Fancy Restaurant for a full course Amish feast (meal included in cost). We will be back in Mt Bethel by 7:30pm. Light refreshments will be
available on the bus for a nominal fee.

How about a day in the city to shop, see a show, visit a museum. Skate at Rockefeller or see the Christmas decorations. Light refreshments will be available on the bus
for a nominal fee. We will depart the twp building at 10:00am and return at 6:30pm.

Payments for trips need to be sent to the township no later than the date outlined for each trip. Please make checks payable to Upper Mt Bethel Township. If by chance we do not
have enough seats to fill a particular trip we will notify you immediately and send your check back via post. Please fill out the registration form with the trip you would like to
attend and send along with your check to: UMBT Bus trips, PO Box 520, Mt Bethel PA, 18343 or drop off at the township building; 387 Ye Olde Hwy, Mt Bethel PA, 18343.

In-House Program - $40 for 1st player / $35 for each Sibling
Players in Grades 1 & 2 will be provided a team T-Shirt and cost is included in Registration Fee.
Regular League Players - $72 for 1st player / $67 for each Sibling
Players in Grades 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 will receive New Re-Designed Uniforms for 2011/2012 Season.
Cost for uniform included in Registration Fee – See reverse side for sizing details and order form.

Copy of Players Birth Certificate “MUST” be provided at Signup. (Do NOT bring original birth certificate, there is no copier available)

Incomplete Registrations will “NOT” be accepted at Signup. (This includes Insurance & Doctor Information and Copy of Birth Certificate)

Practices begin in November – Games are scheduled from December through March.
